Speaking With Siena is a private practice providing pediatric speech, language, and feeding therapy services to families throughout Manhattan and Nassau County, Long Island.

We offer comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to support your child’s unique communication and feeding needs. Our approach emphasizes treating the whole child — recognizing that each child develops differently and deserves personalized, thoughtful care.
